Ran my first 20k today!!! Legs are killing me, but I’m enjoying margaritas!!
I ran 10 miles yesterday :) Farthest distance yet. The ice bath sucked, but my legs don’t hurt today, so it was amazing! My Garmin died on me a little past the half way point, which was disappointing. Have a happy Monday, while I freeze my buns off in Tucson!
Not to shabby :) first and second mile was under 10 minutes, which never happens! Note to self: drink more water throughout the day :) Hope everyone has a fantastic Friday!
